By accessing our platform on desktop, tablet, or mobile device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR AUDIO TOOLS:
- Not Medical Advice: ZenWave Studio soundscapes, coloured noise algorithms (brown, pink, white), binaural brainwave frequencies (Delta, Theta, Alpha, Gamma), and breathing visualizers are designed strictly for recreational relaxation, cognitive focus, and general sleep support.
- No Clinical Diagnostic Treatment: None of our tools, articles, or audio presets constitute medical advice, psychiatric therapy, or clinical treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), clinical insomnia, severe tinnitus, anxiety disorders, or sleep apnea.
- Auditory Safety & Volume: To prevent permanent hearing damage, never listen to soundscapes or binaural beats at uncomfortably high volumes. Maintain moderate listening levels.

The procedural audio synthesis code, custom algorithms, user interface design, logos, visualizers, and branding on ZenWave Studio are the exclusive intellectual property of Genix Studios and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Permitted Personal Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play ZenWave Studio audio generators for your personal study, relaxation, meditation, and sleep.
Prohibited Activities: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, scrape, repackage, or sell our client-side audio engines or website assets without express written consent from Genix Studios.
4. Advertisements & External Links
ZenWave Studio may display non-intrusive advertisements (such as Google AdSense) and links to third-party websites to sustain our free platform. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or practices of any third-party advertisers or external websites. Interacting with third-party advertisements is subject to that advertiser's terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ZenWave Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless audio synthesis across all modern browsers:
- We do not guarantee that the audio engine will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy hardware.
- In no event shall Genix Studios, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our audio generators.
